摘要:
知识经济对高素质人才的期望以及社会、教育的快速发展,都对教师素质提出了新的挑战与要求,师范教育由重在量的扩张转向重在质的提高势在必行.建设高素质的、开放式的教师队伍是师范教育改革的目标.为此,应对我国师范教育从教师培养机制、师范教育模式、课程体系改革以及提高师范院校教师自身素质等诸方面采取相应的改革措施.
