摘要:
从静电场的边值关系出发,利用平均场理论和有效媒质理论近似理论,研究组分梯度膜的有效介电常数,推导出组分梯度膜的有效介电常数。
Abstract:
The effective dielectric permittivity tensor of compositionally component graded films is investigated. It adopts the boundary conditions and the average field theory to formulate the equivalent dielectric permittivity tensor for two adjacent slices. Next the effective dielectric permittivity tensor of compositionally graded films is deduced with an effective effectivemedium theory.
