摘要:
  建设创新型国家的关键在于创新型的人才。高等职业教育作为面向生产、建设、服务、管理第一线培养高素质、强技能、善创新和可持续发展高端技能型专门人才的主要基础力量,在建设人力资源强国的进程中发挥着不可替代的作用。良好的校园文化对于培养和激发高职学生的创新思维和创新意识、培养和塑造其创新人格和创新能力都是大有裨益。高职校园文化具有鲜明的职业性、地方性、开放性等特征,蕴涵着深刻而丰富的精神、物质、制度和行为内涵。
Abstract:
Creative talents and innovation of cultivating creative talents are the key to building an innovative country. The higher vocational education aims to train the students high quality, strong skills, ability of innovation and sustainable development of skilled specialist to serve the first line of production, construction, service and management fields, which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of building up a state of strong manpower. Campus culture, being the soul of the campus, can stimulate the vocational students innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and help to train students innovative capability and shape the creative personality. Campus culture with distinctive features of vocation, locality and openness, contains a profound and rich spiritual, material, institutional and behavioral connotations.
