摘要:
班主任作为班级工作的组织者、管理者,需要有一定的权威和尊严,完善班主任的人格特征是树立班主任威信的主要手段.具有时代感、较强的"情商"能力,以及敏锐、灵活的思维品质,这些完善的人格特征是班主任必须具备的素质.
