摘要:
随着研究生就业形势的日益严峻，研究生职业生涯规划问题受到广泛关注。实证研究结果表明，研究生职业生涯规划对其职业倾向和胜任力有着显著的正向影响，其中，职业倾向是实现研究生胜任力提升的“促进剂”。为此，应激发研究生职业生涯规划的主体性，正确对待职业理想与就业现实的矛盾，以职业倾向训练为导向促进研究生对自我的认识。
Abstract:
Along with the increasingly severe employment situation of graduate students, graduate student occupation career planning problems are  widely concerned. The empirical results indicate that, the graduate occupation career planning for the occupation orientation and competency has a significant positive effect, which is the realization of graduate students, occupation tendency of competency upgrade “accelerator”.  Therefore, we should inspire graduate occupation career planning subjectivity, correctly treats the occupation ideal and reality of employment contradiction and occupation tendency  to promote  graduate students understanding of themselves.
