摘要:
 根据教育部和江苏省教育厅文件精神,以陶行知的“教、学、做合一”理论为基础,改革高职高专体育教育教学方法和手段,强化学生运动能力和应用能力的培养。在“健美操”课程中运用案例分析法和任务驱动法,以“目标导入—任务驱动—技术学习—技能训练—应用展示—分析评价”的方式组织教学过程。采取有效措施,如优选教学项目,充分做好教学设计,改革考核方式,自编特色教材,改善硬件条件,培养复合型师资队伍,打破教学时数、教师素质和教材等条件的限制,提高教学质量。
Abstract:
 According to the spirits of the No. 2006 (16) document issued by the Ministry of Education and Tao Xingzhi’s theory of “Teaching, learning and doing”, teaching methods and means in higher vocational sports education should be reformed to strengthen the cultivation of students’ ability of sports and application. The case study and taskbased methods should be applied in Aerobics course by organizing the teaching process “Introduction of teaching objectives, taskbased drive, learning technology, technical training, demonstration of application, analysisbased evaluation”. Effective measures are taken such as optimizing teaching projects, doing a good job of teaching design, reforming examination methods, compiling distinctive teaching materials, improving the hardware conditions, cultivating the compoundtype teaching team and breaking the restrictions of teaching hours, teachers’ quality and teaching conditions to improve the teaching quality.
