摘要:
 安全文化建设对于维护学校平安和谐,促进学生成人成才具有重要的现实意义。文化积淀不够深厚、资金投入不够到位、规划设计不够科学、思想认识不够全面是当前高职院校安全文化建设的现状。高职院校围绕高职教育人才培养目标,结合“工学结合”的人才培养模式,需从明晰安全建设任务、提升安全文化管理硬件、构建特色安全管理体系、发挥师生主体实践功能四个方面进行实践,使高职院校的安全精神文化、安全物质文化、安全制度文化和安全行为文化得到全面的提升。
Abstract:
 Safety culture construction is of important practical significance to the maintenance of peace and harmony on the college and promotion of the college students in becoming useful adults. Higher vocational colleges safety culture construction has the following current situation. Cultural deposits are not rich, capital investment is inadequate, planning and design of campus is not scientific, and ideological understanding is not comprehensive. On the vocational education training goal of higher vocational colleges, combined with the talent training mode of “workintegrated learning”, higher vocational colleges should practise from four aspects: clearing safety construction tasks, enhancing the safety culture management hardware, building characteristics of safety management system, making teachers and students play a practical function in practice, and improving the safety spirit culture, safety substance culture, safety institution culture and safety behavior culture of higher vocational college.
