摘要:
 采用美国职业专家霍兰德职业性向SDS测试量表,以昆明冶金高等专科学校为例,对高职英语专业一、三年级学生职业能力等级自我评估进行调查研究。通过对相关统计数据的对比分析发现,自我评估有助于促进学生对职业能力的认识,推动学生提高个人的职业能力,促进高职院校不断提高教育与教学质量,提升就业指导与服务能力。
Abstract:
 Based on The SelfDirected Search by professional expert J. L. Holland, an investigation of selfevaluation on cultivating of professional aptitude among English Majors in higher vocational college is conducted among English students of Grade One and Grade Three in Kunming Metallurgy College as a case study. Some suggestions on cultivating professional aptitude among English majors in higher vocational college are put forward after analyzing data from the investigation.
