摘要:
通过分析职业教育领域“灰色学生”的现状、特征,提出职业教育领域“灰色学生”群体的具体培养措施:变“无记名”为“实名制”,实现与“灰色学生”群体的有效沟通;变“管教”为“激励”,强化正面引导;变“笼养”为“散养”,放手自管,让“灰色学生”自己“发光”。
Abstract:
Through analysis of the current situation and characteristics of “grey students” in vocational education, the author puts forward the concrete measures of training in terms of “grey students” in vocational education group: changing anonym to the real name to achieve effective communication with “grey” students groups; changing “discipline” to “incentive” to strengthen the positive guidance; changing “cage style” to “backyard style” education to let “grey students” show off themselves
