摘要:
梳理激情与知识转移相关理论,采用深度访谈的方法,对科技企业孵化器顾问团队的专家和新手进行调研。研究发现,激情和好奇心是成为专家的前提,专家专业知识的学习和获取需要双向沟通交流,激情作为内在激励动机能促进专家专业知识的获取和转移。
Abstract:
Abstract: Combing the theory of passion and knowledge transfer and using indepth interviews, this thesis investigates and analyses the experts and novices of the advisory team of the incubator of scientific and technological enterprises. It is found that passion and curiosity are prerequisites for experts to become experts. The learning and acquisition of experts professional knowledge requires twoway communication. Passion as an intrinsic motivation can promote the acquisition and transfer of experts professional knowledge.
