摘要:
进入新时代,推动产业升级发展,必须高度重视“工匠精神”的培养。职业院校应引导学生正确理解“工匠精神”,从加强职业素养教育、追求精益求精品质、点燃改革创新引擎、厚植匠心文化底蕴四个方面,将“工匠精神”融入高职院校人才培养。
Abstract:
Abstract: In the new era, great importance must be attached to the cultivation of craftsman spirit in order to promote industrial upgrading and development. Vocational colleges should actively learn from the essence of “craftsmen spirit” in developed countries, and guide students to understand the craftsmen spirit correctly. They should run through the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: strengthening vocational literacy education, pursuing excellence quality, igniting innovation engine and cultivating craftsmanship culture.
