 摘要: 以PCK理论为视角,分别从人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方式、考核指标、教师的知识整合转化能力等方面,分析当前高职院校师范生专业核心素养培养中存在的问题,提出从调整培养目标、优化课程设置、更新教学方法、完善考核评价体系、优化PCK转化路径等方面提升师范生专业核心素养。
Abstract:
 Abstract: From the perspective of PCK theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional core literacy cultivation of normal college students respectively from such aspects as the talent training objectives, the curriculum setting, the teaching methods, the assessment indicators, the teachers knowledge integration and transformation ability, etc.. Meanwhile, it presents the specific strategies for improving the core literacy of normal students in terms of adjusting the goals, optimizing the curriculum, updating the methods, perfecting the evaluation and optimizing the PCK routes.
